25th October 1934 to 19th August 2021.
We would like to thank Birmingham St. Mary's Hospice for their support and advice in the year up to Hari's death. We would also like to show our appreciation for the compassion, respect and sensitivity they showed our husband/father in his final days, so that he died peacefully and with dignity.
